Fielden, Philip Brand was born in 1919 in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire. Son of Lt. Col. Edward Anthony Fielden and Phoebe Brand. He married Caroline Mary Burder in 1955 in Westminster, London. He appears on the electoral rolls for 1984-1998. He fought in the Second World War. He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University. He was decorated with the award of Military Cross (M.C.). He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Dragoons. He lived at Manor Farm House. He died 2 December 1998 in West Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire.
